1. Is COD (Cash on Delivery Available?

: Yes, COD (Cash on Delivery) is available on selected pin codes with a shipping charge of ₹99.00.

2. How long do the orders take to be delivered?

: We shipped most of the orders within 48 hours and the delivery time can take from 3-5 working days in Urban Areas and 7-10 working days in Rural Areas.

3. Can I cancel my order before delivery for any reasons?

: Yes, The order can be cancelled within 48 hours or before the product get dispatched. You cannot cancel any order once placed and dispatched however the product can be return after successful delivery and the return shipping cost should be borne by the customer.

: All refunds are being processed after receiving the original package from you (Customer)! after a successful quality inspection the refund will be processed to the original payment methods within 5-7 days. In case of COD orders the same will be provided as per the buyers request on Wallet, Netbanking or other available methods. (Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of refund request)
